The Torch Project helps Indigenous prisoners unlock their creativity

Kent Morris, The Torch’s Statewide Indigenous Arts Officer, and Jeff Kennett talk to Matthew Westwood, from The Australian about the Confined 6 exhibition in 2015. This exhibition included 100 works by 80 artists in The Torch’s program. At the exhibition opening, Victoria’s Labor government boosted funding for the program to $758,000 across three years.
