Susannah Day (GM) and Chris Austin (Arts Mentor) recently attended the Reintegration Puzzle conference – a national gathering of post release service providers.

They delivered one of the keynote presentations on the second day to about 250 attendees.

They presented the history of The Torch, and Susannah interviewed Chris on stage about his story, how he came to be on the roundabout of incarceration and how he broke the cycle using the power of culture.

What an amazing experience. The response we got from the people showed me that we are unique and doing great work, makes me want to do more, I felt proud from the response we got an the work we do.
