Since 2011 The Torch has been providing art, cultural and arts industry support to Indigenous offenders and ex-offenders in Victoria through its Indigenous Arts in Prisons and Community program.
The Torch has a range of unique artworks and gift ideas that we are excited to be sharing with you – gifts that paint a brighter future for our artists. Each purchase helps create alternative pathways for the Indigenous men and women in our program.
If you are still stuck for ideas, we also have gift vouchers available to use across all our products, as well as the gift that paints a brighter future allowing you to make a donation on behalf of someone you love.
100% of the artwork price goes directly to the artist.
I first started doing art in prison as a way of easing my anxiety and to connect to my culture. I found it does so much more, it has opened up a new life of fulfilment and joy.
