The Torch supports Indigenous offenders and ex-offenders through its Indigenous Arts in Prisons and Community program. Central to the program is cultural learning and cultural strengthening. Dhumbudha Munga – Talking Knowledge looks at the two-way relationship between the arts workers and the artists they support.
