Bill is a Yorta Yorta artist in The Torch’s post-release program. The Yorta Yorta people are also river-based, occupying the forest-wetlands of the central Murray-Goulburn Region. Yorta Yorta Country was abundant with bush tucker and fish, which flourished in the rich network of rivers, lagoons, creeks and wetlands.
