Barkindji Johno is a Barkindji and Wiradjuri man who learned how to paint from his Uncle, yet only started painting while incarcerated.
Though still unsure about his style, painting means a lot to him. Sharing narratives around family and his own story, Barkindji Johno says painting makes him feel ‘very good and happy’.
