Life: The Wunambi Serpent

I have titled this painting 'Life' as it represents my beginning to my newfound identity. The Wunambi serpent is a creator of rivers and dams all through the Western Australian country. This beautiful creature is feared among children who swim in the waters and respected by the Elders for creating life. I use this reference in respect for my best friend, a proud Noongar man from Western Australia who always believed I had a higher purpose. His name is William and I dedicate it to him.
