Celebrating the Hunt

This is about my people camping along the Murray River, living and hunting in the bush. The men at the top of the painting are my people living along the river between the trees. My Yorta Yorta mob are dancing, celebrating the hunt of the emu and feasting on the emu.

This represents the culture of our people who still live along the Murray River today. The campsite at the top right is where I lived as a kid growing up. That is me at my camp where I come from, a proud Yorta Yorta man.
