Emu egg (kangaroo), 2017

This emu egg has been painted on all surfaces of the egg, depicting a kangaroo on one side and dotted circle patterns on the other. The emu and the kangaroo are on the Australian Coat of Arms. These two animals can only move forward and not backwards. To me they represent the Aboriginal movement, always working together to move forwards and to strive for a better future for my people.

This artwork can only be collected from The Torch office in St Kilda. The Torch can recommend couriers to be engaged and paid for by the buyer.
