Hunting Murray Cod #2, 2019

The Brewarrina fish traps are located at the point where the Barwon and Darling Rivers meet, where the water is fast-flowing and shallow. When fish were plentiful, clans would gather from far and wide to camp along the river banks. These places were used for ceremonies and as places to pass down traditional knowledge and laws.
